The ARO® Telescoping Dosing Stand is a compact, height-adjustable platform that gives your cup or dosing vessel an elevated placement zone wherever you need it. Use it under your grinder chute for cleaner dosing, or under your espresso machine brew head to lift shorter cups closer to the spouts to reduce splashes and mess.

Stepless telescoping adjustment lets you set the exact height you want, then lock it in with an internal screw mechanism so it stays secure for your setup. Embedded neodymium magnets in the base and top platform keep everything centered and stable, whether you are pairing it with an ARO® silicone catch tray, a compatible metal surface, or a magnetic dosing cup or shaker.

Set-Up Instructions:

  1. Adjust the height by holding the base and rotating the outer telescoping sleeves counterclockwise. This loosens the internal screw mechanism and allows the stand to extend or collapse freely.
  2. Determine the ideal height by positioning the stand under your grinder chute and placing your dosing cup or shaker on top. Then rotate the sleeves until the platform sits at the height that works best for your setup.
  3. Remove the bottom cap using the included tool. Then use the same tool to rotate the center column until it tightens firmly against the top sleeve, locking the position in place. The tool can be flipped 180 degrees to engage either the inner or outer center column, depending on which section needs adjustment.
  4. If you notice magnetic repelling between the stand and your tray or dosing accessory, the magnet may be installed with the wrong polarity. To fix this, insert a thin tool (like a screwdriver or chopstick) through the small hole on the opposite side of the magnet and gently push it out. Flip the magnet to reverse polarity, then reinstall it with the correct orientation.

Care and Maintenance
