Shipping Methods and Costs
ARO Espresso is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA, and all orders ship from our shop in Seattle.
Domestic Shipping within the USA:
We offer various shipping options for domestic orders, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance, and shown at checkout.
Orders of $100 or more ship free within the USA, and all free shipping orders are sent via USPS. Customers placing orders over $100 can also select expedited shipping methods at a discounted rate, which is displayed when selected at checkout.
International Shipping:
We offer multiple shipping options for international orders, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are based on package weight and destination country and are displayed at checkout.
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning import duties, taxes, and related fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are typically collected upon delivery by the destination country’s customs authority or carrier, if applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, orders ship with the United States listed as the Country of Origin.

Order Processing
Following your order placement, you will receive an email confirming your order. Orders are generally processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
International Orders: Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout and are based on our processing times and your selected shipping method. These dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and shipping fee refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Domestic (United States):
- Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on shipping method selected.
International Delivery:
- Standard International Shipping: Usually delivered within 6–18 business days after dispatch. Delivery time varies by destination and customs clearance. Packages start with UPS, then transfer to local couriers (often your national postal service) for final delivery. This method offers the best balance of affordability and reliable delivery, but requires longer shipping times than express options. - Express International Shipping: See estimated delivery dates shown on the checkout page. Typically delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch, depending on shipping method selected. Orders are shipped directly with UPS or DHL, providing efficient and reliable door-to-door service.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order ships, enabling you to monitor your package's progress.
For Domestic and Express International shipments, this tracking number provides full door-to-door visibility.
For Standard International shipments, it may take 2–4 days after placing your order for tracking information to update. All international packages are first sent to a UPS consolidation facility, where they are assigned customs documentation before being dispatched to your destination country. Tracking updates will begin once the UPS facility receives and processes the bulk shipment (master carton) of packages.

If you do not see your tracking information update within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@aroespresso.com so we can investigate.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@aroespresso.com after reviewing our Return Policy.
If your order has not been received, you must contact us within 120 days of the order date to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or undelivered packages cannot be accepted after this period.
