Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is due to buyer error (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and a 15% restocking fee will apply. To receive a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For items shipped under a free shipping promotion, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
To start a return, contact us at sales@aroespresso.com. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us at sales@aroespresso.com to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before they ship. To request a cancellation, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@aroespresso.com.
Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are retained by the payment processor and are not returned to us when an order is refunded. They are typically about 3 percent of the order total.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before your unit ships. Processing fees are non-refundable. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to update your shipping address or change your variant selection before your order ships, contact us and we will update it for you. We do not charge additional restocking or cancellation fees beyond the non-refundable processing fee, which is about 3% of your order total.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason for a full refund. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once received, we will inspect your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable deductions, including restocking fees, outbound shipping costs, or payment processing fees, will be applied before the refund is issued. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
