Track Your Standard International Order

All international orders ship from our shop in Seattle, Washington, USA, with the USA as the Country of Origin. Our Standard International Shipping is a hybrid service that combines UPS global logistics with the U.S. Postal Service and the destination country’s local postal system. UPS manages export logistics and transport to your country. From there, your package is processed through customs and your local postal carrier completes final delivery. 

Standard International Shipping offers the best balance of affordability and reliable delivery, but requires longer shipping times than express options.

Each package first travels to a UPS consolidation center in California, where it receives customs documentation and an alternate tracking number (different from the original, which often begins with “803421…”). This alternate number can be used on your local postal website to track the package to your door and is usually assigned within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning any import duties, taxes, or fees are charged by your country’s customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Find Your Alternate Tracking Number

Your alternate tracking number is assigned once UPS processes your order and is typically available 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed. It allows you to continue tracking your shipment with your local postal carrier for final delivery. You can find this number by following the steps below.

  1. Wait 3 to 5 business days after ordering to allow UPS to receive and process your package at the consolidation center.
  2. Go to UPS Tracking and enter your original UPS tracking number.
  3. Click View All Shipping Details.
  4. Open the Shipment Progress tab. When the status shows Package processed, switch to the Shipment Details tab to view the alternate tracking number.
  5. If the alternate number is not displayed, check again in 1 to 2 days. If it still does not appear, contact us and we will help.

Step 2: In Shipment Progress, look for Package processed which means the alternate number is available
Step 2: In Shipment Progress, look for Package processed. This indicates the alternate tracking number should now be available.
Step 3: In Shipment Details, copy the Alternate Tracking Number to use on the final courier website
Step 3: Switch to Shipment Details and copy the Alternate Tracking Number. Use this on your country’s postal website for door-to-door tracking.

The alternate tracking number is typically the final tracking ID used by your local postal service. You can track it directly on your local carrier’s website (see the table below) or use a global tracker such as ParcelsApp or 17Track for consolidated updates.

The delivery times below are estimated business days from the date your order was placed and include processing time. These are estimates only, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal operations.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.

This information is based on data from over 3,000 recent shipments using this service and is frequently updated to reflect the most current estimates.

For countries not listed, tracking is only reliable until the package leaves the United States. After export, updates may be limited or delayed depending on the local postal system in the receiving country. In some cases, the alternate tracking number provides full door-to-door visibility, but this varies by country. We recommend you try tracking the alternate tracking number in your country’s postal system, or with other common final-mile couriers in your area.
