標準ノブの場合、グラインダーのメンテナンスでトップカバープレートを取り外すには、ノブを完全に外す必要があります。そのため挽き目設定が失われ、再組み立て後にゼロ点調整を行う必要があります。
マグネット式2ピースノブのオプションはこの問題を解決します。ノブの上部セクションは瞬時に分離し、下部セクションは固定されたままになるため、挽き目設定を失うことや再ゼロ点調整を行うことなく、カバープレートを取り外して清掃やメンテナンスが可能です。スクエア型のインターフェースと4方向のギア対称性により、ノブは常に正確に同じ向きで取り付けられます。勘に頼る必要も、再ゼロ点調整の必要もありません。
現在、ダイヤルと標準の1ピースノブをお持ちで、マグネット式の2ピースバージョンにアップグレードしたい場合は、こちらから単体で購入可能です。

セットアップと使用方法
取り付けは簡単です。これはグラインダーを損傷させない非侵襲的なツールであり、いつでも取り外すことができます。以下の手順に従って取り付けてください：
- グラインダーからホッパーを空にして取り外します。グラインダー入口背面のネジを緩める必要がある場合がありますが、完全に外す必要はありません。
- グラインダー入口とマシン上部からコーヒーの粉をきれいに取り除きます。
- 純正の調整ノブを反時計回りに回し、完全に外れるまで緩めてマシンから取り外します。
- 新しいギア付き挽き目調整ノブをねじ込み、止まって抵抗を感じるまで締め付けます。
- 新しいノブでグラインダーのゼロ点を見つけます（以下の詳細情報をすべてお読みください*）。グラインダーの電源を入れ、ゆっくりとFINE（細挽き）設定方向にノブを回します。刃が初めて接触して「チャタリング」音を立て始めたら、ダイヤルを締めるのをやめ、1/16回転ほど戻すか、音が消えるまで戻します。これがゼロ点です。
- ダイヤル上の番号付きギアを回し、0が矢印の真下にくるように合わせます。
- 矢印が手前を向くようにダイヤルをグラインダー入口の上に配置し、マシン上部に密着するまで押し込みます。
- ホッパーをマシン上部のグラインダー入口に再度挿入します。
- ダイヤルの背面を上に傾けてマシンから離し、ホッパー取り付けネジが見えるようにしてホッパーを固定します。プラスドライバーを使用してネジを締めます。
- ダイヤルをマシン上部に戻して押し込みます。
おめでとうございます。ARO Espresso™ グラインダー設定ダイヤルおよび調整ノブの取り付けが完了しました。挽き目設定を自在に操り、毎回一貫した挽き心地をお楽しみください。
挽き目を調整する際は、以下の範囲から開始し、必要に応じて調整することをお勧めします：
- トルココーヒー：0〜5
- エスプレッソ：5〜15
- モカエキスプレス：15〜30
- ドリップまたはプアオーバー：20〜40
- フレンチプレス：30〜70
ダイヤルを1目盛り動かすには、ノブを10.8度回転させる必要があります。これは1目盛りあたり24ミクロンの調整に相当します。ダイヤルを1周（1から100）回すと、刃は2400ミクロン調整されます。
グラインダーのモデル、豆の種類、豆の鮮度によっては、これらの開始範囲を超えた調整が必要になる場合があります。

お手入れとメンテナンス
日常的なメンテナンスは、粉をブラシで払い、布で拭くだけです。
徹底的な清掃が必要な場合は、ダイヤルとノブを取り外してください。ダイヤルをブラシで払うか、圧縮空気を使用して埃やコーヒー粉を吹き飛ばします。ダイヤルを水に浸さないでください。
ノブは中性洗剤と水で洗浄できます。マグネット式2ピースノブをお使いの場合は、洗浄前に磁気トップセクションを取り外してください。よくすすぎ、すぐに乾燥させてください。食器洗浄機には対応していません。
シングルドーシングホッパーをご購入いただいた場合は、グラインダーから取り外し、ぬるま湯と洗剤で手洗いしてください。よくすすぎ、すぐに乾燥させてください。食器洗浄機には対応していません。
その他の役立つ情報
グラインダーの清掃に関する注意点：清掃のためにグラインダーのトッププレートを取り外すには、設定に応じて標準ノブまたはマグネット式2ピースノブの上部セクションを取り外す必要があります。マグネット式2ピースノブを使用している場合、ベースは固定されたままなので、挽き目設定が変わることはありません。標準の1ピースノブを使用している場合は、ノブを取り外して再取り付けし、上記のようにゼロ点の再調整を行う必要があります。

アルミニウム製シングルドーシングホッパーはこちらから単体で購入可能です。調整可能なアクセントスリーブにより、ダイヤルの有無に関わらず、セットアップをすっきりと見せることができます。プラスチック製のシングルドーシングホッパーのみをご希望の場合は、直接お問い合わせください。なお、プラスチック製ホッパーはダイヤルと組み合わせて使用することを前提に設計されています。調整可能なアクセントスリーブがないため、ダイヤルなしで使用しようとすると、ホッパーとグラインダーの間に目に見える隙間が生じます。

Made dialing in espresso on my mignon zero a breeze
I dont know whether its just my single dose hopper and dial, but there is no screw hole for the screw to lock into the hopper against the outer casing of the grinder. So the screw cannot be tightened in place, instead it just does nothing hanging loosely. This means the hopper wiggles and then moves the dial every time I grind.
Thanks for your feedback. As I mentioned when I reached out to you once I saw your feedback, the hopper is intentionally designed without a hole. The screw tightens against the outside of the hopper, clamping it securely in place. If there were a hole, the screw would pass through it without anything to press against, and the hopper would remain loose. So, just tighten the screw up a bit and you'll be all set!
This is a nice dial. Fits great and looks awesome on my Eureka Silenzio.
Much better than expected
I hesitated to get the Eureka Mignon grinder due to its very small and super sensitive grind setting dial. I've put up with a Mazzer-Mini Timer for two decades (!), a fine grinder but impossible to fine tune grinds due to it's sensitive adjustment wand. Did not want to go through that again. When I saw this ARO offering, I ordered it immediately. It came quickly, is well made with quality materials, nicely packaged and fits the ORO XL perfectly. And, by the way, it works perfectly and as advertised. It completes a very fine grinder and I could not recommend it more highly. Well done.
This dial modification really help my grinding works. Easy to install, robust, really solid built. Shipping from USA to Malaysia also is considered fast and trackable. Recommended!
Finally I was able to calibrate it finally i can record each type of coffee with the number of the most suitable grinder for it. Finally, I can use the machine to grind filter coffee and espresso without wasting a single gram, finally I was able to take advantage of all the capabilities of my grinder with this amazing tool with a Bellows hopper to prevent any coffee retention its look nicer than before
I love the adjustment dial! I was able to install it on my Eureka Perfetto despite the Perfetto's knob being supposedly "non-removable" and the increased precision has made it so much better for espresso.
The single-use hopper add-on works fine but is 3D-printed and doesn't look as high quality as the dial. Air escapes through the side unless you really wedge it into your grinder.
My Eureka Mignon Libra was lacking the possibility to precisely dial in different grind settings. The original knob/dial that changes grind settings is difficult to turn and it's impossible to make minor changes. This brilliant piece of kit changes everything and made changing beans an absolute bliss. Thanks ARO espresso for this inexpensive and beautiful upgrade which looks great on any grinder.
I actually found this while striving through etsy. I thought about to replace my eureka mignon by another single dose grinder. I bought the Kit with the aluminium dial and the single dose hopper and bellow. This is the best looking accessory and its usability and precision is also great. For now I‘m looking for a angled stand and a angled portafilter holder and my setup will be perfect.

I just used some lube (Vaseline) in the gearing ring against some minor rattling I had.
Very nicely engineered and manufactured, so easy to install, easily removed for cleaning, much better knowledge of how fine the grind is, great service, thank you!
